What Is Licensed
ZTXGate
ZTXGate is a commercial Zero Trust Network Access product. It can be operated by the customer or an MSP and does not require a mandatory CoreZT-hosted cloud control plane for core access operation.
Clientless HTTP/HTTPS Access
Clientless access for protected HTTP and HTTPS applications is available as a licensed ZTXGate capability.
Integrated ZTXBAS
When used inside ZTXGate, ZTXBAS is a licensed capability tightly integrated as a library. It does not require a separate ZTXBAS server deployment and remains available across connected and fully air-gapped ZTXGate deployments.
Free Standalone ZTXBAS
Standalone ZTXBAS is different from the integrated ZTXGate capability. It is a free, self-hosted biometric authentication product for developers who want to integrate phishing-resistant biometric authentication directly into their own applications.
Licensing in Standalone and Connected Deployments
ZTXGate can operate without a mandatory CoreZT-hosted control plane.
- Standalone deployments use manual license and software-update workflows.
- Connected deployments can optionally use ZTXHub, a service owned and operated by CoreZT, for centralized license and software-update management.
- Air-gapped deployments remain independent and use manual licensing and update workflows.
ZTXHub is optional and is not required for core ZTXGate access operation.
